Once a buyer sends an inquiry about one of your products, the inquiry will be sent to your Message Center in My B2Bface .

Replying to Inquiries

As a supplier, you can view Buying Leads posted by buyers and send quotations accordingly by clicking "Contact Now" beside each lead. Buyer responses will be sent to your Message Center in My B2Bface.
You also can Reply to inquiries direct to buyers by email address, Click "Contact Now" then you will see the buyer's Email address.

Add to Biz-Firends

You can add buyers to be your Biz-Friends, you will see the Biz-Friends list in My Biz-Friends in My B2Bface.
