1. You can register a new account of B2Bface.com at:http://www.b2bface.com/reg.php.

2. Choose the country/territory your business is located in.

3. Select whether you are a supplier, buyer or both a supplier and buyer.

4. Fill out the contact information in English.

5. Enter your email address and password.

6.Click "I Accept. Create my account".

7.The membership provided by B2Bface.com is totally free.

Why can't I complete my registration?    Go Top

If the registration is not successful, please check if there are any error messages in red on the form.

Follow the instructions in the error messages and try again.

If the registration is still unsuccessful, please feel free to contact us with details of the problems you have encountered.

    1. Go to http://www.b2bface.com/
    2. Enter the name of the product you want to source in the search bar
    3. Click "Search"

    Click on a product in the search results to find out more about the product. On each product page, you can do the following operations:
    1. Say HI to the supplier by clicking Say Hi.
    2. Send messages to the supplier by clicking Send Message.
    3. Send inquiry to the supplier by clicking Send Message.
    4. Add the supplier to be your Biz-Friends.
    5. Send the quotation request directly to the supplier.

    We also suggest that you post your purchase requests as Buying Leads to attract potential trade partners fast. If you are not yet a member, join B2Bface.com now.

    How to check Advanced Buying Leads?    Go Top

    In order to check Advance Buying Leads, you must be a registered member of B2Bface.com and sign in.

    Advanced Buying Leads are first-hand inquiries issued directly by purchasers, and are of much commercial value. They belong to the Pay for demand service of exports auto toll.Customers may choose to pay for from 1 to 5 usd to check the inquiry if they feel any enquiry is of value to them. For instance:

        Inquiry: We are urgent to buy 10,000 pcs plush toys (1 USD) [28/02]

    The inquiry above means that customer should pay 1 USD to check this inquiry. The expanse from our members will be deducted from their Prepaid-Account , where our members can add funds and prestore their money. Money will be deducted directly from this Prepaid-Account when there is consumer needs. The minimum amount of add funds is only 50 USD each time and with no expiration.

    In order to check Free Buying Leads, you must be a registered member of B2Bface.com and sign in.

    Free Buying Leads are provided for free for our members, they don’t need to pay for these information but certain points are required. For instance:

        Inquiry: Hardware supplier (20 Points) [28/02]

    This inquiry means that customer needs 20 points to be deducted so as to check this inquiry. Points can be gained by distributing products, signing in B2Bface.com, recommending others to register, sharing valid inquiries, and gaining quality site supplier, etc.

    How to add funds?    Go Top

    1. Register as a member of B2Bface.com and sign in.

    2. Enter My B2Bface and click the My Accounts button , then click Add Funds.

    3. Choose payment method, by Bank transfer or PayPal.

    4. Choose amount of add funds : min 50 USD and max 1000 USD each time

    5. When payment finished, fax the receipt to 86-20-38023445 or email the remittance to pay.b2bface@gmail.com and inform us your user name (email address). We will add the money to you Prepaid-Account as soon as we confirm the payment.

    1. Register successfully (when applicant get approval, the system will automatically add 25 points to the user)

    2. Display products and get approval, user can gain 25 points for each product.

    All attachments should be in JPG or GIF format, not Word or Excel format.Each photo should not be larger than 200K in file size.

    How can I make sure that my inquiry has been sent successfully?    Go Top

    You can check the messages in the Sent Box in your My B2Bface Message Center. If you find copies of your messages in this section, it means that your messages have been sent out successfully. If your messages failed to successfully transmit, please locate your potential trading partners on B2Bface.com and send your messages to them again.

    How do I post/manage/delete Buying Leads?    Go Top

    To post Buying Leads, please take the following steps:
    1. Sign in at My B2Bface
    2. Click "Buying Tools"
    3. Click Post a New Buying Lead

    To manage/delete Buying Leads, please take the following steps:
    1. Sign in at My B2Bface
    2. Click "Buying Tools"
    3. Click Manage Buying Leads
    4. Click on one a Status Tab: Approved or Expired to locate the Buying Lead you wish to manage or delete.

    Please note: If your Buying Lead's status is currently Approval Pending, you will have to wait until it is no longer in that status to modify or delete it. Approval usually takes 24 hours.

    2. Select the search type as Buyers,then enter the name of the product you want to sell in the search bar
    3. Click "Search"

    How do I display/manage/delete products?    Go Top

    To display your products, please take the following steps:

    1. Sign in to My B2Bface
    2. Click "Display New Product" in Selling Tools
    3. Fill out the required imformations in english
    4. Click "Submit"

    To manage or delete your products, please take the following steps:

    1. Sign in to My B2Bface
    2. Click "Manage Products" in Selling Tools
    3. Select the products you'd like to modify or delete and click "Edit" or "Delete"
    4. Click "Submit"

    Upon Approval, edited products will be published online within 24 hours. If you delete your displayed product, it will be removed from our website within 24 hours. Note: A product with Approval pending status cannot be deleted.

    How do I upload a product picture?    Go Top

    You can add a picture to your product by uploading it directly from your computer. Please note:

    1. All photos should be in JPG or GIF format
    2. Each photo should not be larger than 200K in file size.
    3. Each product can attach at most 3 photos.

    How do I modify my Company Profile?    Go Top

    To edit your Company Profile on B2Bface.com, please take the following steps:

    1. Sign in at My B2Bface
    2. Click "Edit Company Profile" in the "Company Profile" section.
    3. Complete the form with required information.
    4. Click "Submit" to submit.

    Upon approval, your Company Profile will be updated online within 24 hours, after which you will be notified by email.

    How do I upload/manage my company certificates?    Go Top

    To upload your Company certificate on B2Bface.com, please take the following steps:

    1. Sign in at My B2Bface
    2. Click "Manage Certificates" in the "Company Profile" section.
    3. Select the certificate you want to upload, enter the name of the certificate.
    4. Click "Upload" to submit.

    How do I upload/manage my company photos?    Go Top

    To upload your Company photos on B2Bface.com, please take the following steps:

    1. Sign in at My B2Bface
    2. Click "Manage Company Photos" in the "Company Profile" section.
    3. Select the photo you want to upload.
    4. Click "Upload" to submit.

    How do I send inquiries/quotations?    Go Top

    To send an inquiry, please take the following steps:

    1. Enter an appropriate keyword in the search bar on www.b2bface.com.
    2. Select "Products" or "suppliers" from the drop down menu and click the "Search" button.
    3. Select the Product/Supplier you are interested in and click the "Contact Now" or "Send Message" button.
    4. Fill in the form and click "Send".

    If you are a member, you need to sign in first to send inquiries.

    To send a quotation, please take the following steps:
    1. Enter an appropriate keyword in the search bar on http://www.b2bface.com/.
    2. Select "Buyers" from the drop down menu and click the "Search" button.
    3. Click the buying lead you are interested in.
    4. Click the "Contact Now" button to send a quotation.
    5. Fill in the form and click "Send".

    Remember, you must sign in before you send a quotation.

    Why can't I see message details in my personal email account?    Go Top

    Due to the following reasons, please be advised that copies of messages will not be sent to our members' email addresses any more:

    1. Our Message Center system was upgraded to let you manage messages and customers more conveniently, so that:
    - Unread messages cannot be missed.
    - Messages and customers can be grouped.
    - Unlimited messages can be stored in your Message Center Inbox.

    I can't visit certain pages on the site or the speed is very slow    Go Top

    If you cannot visit specific pages on the B2Bface.com, or if the speed is very slow, there are possible reasons as follows:

    1. There may be problems with your local ISP (Internet Service Provider), such as slow speed on your local network when visiting an American network. Please contact your internet service provider (ISP) for help There may be a malfunction or an adjustment being made.
